FAQ
Do you rewrite our entire website?
No. The course focuses on narrative systems and sample modules. Full-site rewrites are out of scope and should be handled by your retained creative partners using the kits we produce.
Can operations join without marketing?
Yes. We recommend at least one operations counterpart so messaging stays grounded in service reality.
Is travel included for on-site intensives?
Travel for our facilitators is billed separately when properties sit outside the greater Seoul area. That line item is confirmed before kickoff.
Cohort notes
The narrative map module finally gave our Jeju and Busan properties the same spine without flattening local texture.
The editorial rubric is now pinned inside our design ops channel. Still refining glossary edges for spa retail.
