Terms & Conditions

-
1. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would refer to another jurisdiction. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website or enrollment inquiries, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may designate alternate venues for certain individuals.
-
2. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to digital resources if misuse is detected, including attempts to compromise security, scrape private directories, or harass staff. Termination does not erase obligations accrued prior to suspension. Where a paid engagement exists under a separate agreement, that agreement controls termination mechanics for services beyond this informational site.
-
3. Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting forms, or registering for events, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you disagree with these terms, discontinue use immediately. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms posted with a new effective date.
-
4. Liability
Materials on this site are provided for general information. We exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from reliance on site content, except where mandatory law disallows such exclusion. Our aggregate liability for direct losses relating to site use shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us specifically for the transaction giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, or zero if no payment occurred.
-
5. User-obligations
You agree to supply accurate information in forms, refrain from uploading malware, and respect intellectual property rights in downloadable resources provided during programs. You must not misrepresent affiliation with Velvet Harbour Academy or imply endorsements that do not exist. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these obligations, except where such indemnity is void under applicable consumer law.

Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-01-26
-
1. Process
Refund requests must be emailed to hello@bridge-core.one with participant name, program title, purchase reference, and reason for the request. We issue written acknowledgment within two business days. Approved refunds are initiated through the same payment channel used for the original transfer where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternative transfer path compliant with Korean consumer regulations.
-
2. Contact
Primary contact for refund administration is hello@bridge-core.one. For postal notices, use the address published in the footer. Telephone support is available during Seoul business hours for status checks once a ticket number has been assigned.
-
3. Timeframe
For digital preparatory materials not yet accessed, you may request cancellation within fourteen days of purchase unless a service date falls sooner and was clearly disclosed at checkout. After material access or attendance at the first live session, partial refund calculations apply as described under eligibility. Processing of approved refunds typically completes within fourteen business days depending on banking rails.
-
4. Eligibility
Eligibility depends on program type. Custom on-site intensives are partially refundable until thirty days before the first on-property date, after which hard costs are non-refundable. Open cohorts allow transfers to a later date once per enrollment if seats exist. Third-party venue fees or travel booked in your name are never refundable by us and must be reclaimed from carriers directly.
-
5. Exceptions
No refund is available for completed workshops, downloaded playbooks marked as final, or services explicitly sold as non-cancellable due to limited seating disclosed at purchase. Force majeure events may trigger credit notes instead of currency refunds when performance becomes impossible. Regulatory changes that invalidate delivery formats will be handled through good-faith rescheduling before refunds are considered.
